1) Market/Environment: All those external forces, trends, products, and services that can change our industry and how we do things. A key question for this category is: Is there a disruptor out there that can blind-side us and shift our industry?

2) Firm Management: All those things that are involved in managing, growing, and sustaining our firms. This includes how we use internal resources, how we hire, fire, promote, compensate, provide incentives and make things work. It also considers how we grow and develop people, incorporate others into partnership, and potential exit strategies. This topic includes everything that is not the sale or delivery of our services.

3) Clients and Execution: This covers the sale and delivery of services (including mix of services). What we sell, how we sell it, and how we delivery it.
