With confident communication skills and a creative, lateral-thinking approach, you will enable us to remain at the forefront of identifying and selecting the industry’s best talent. Supporting a select team of search consultants in a friendly and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work on senior assignments across the sectors in which we operate.
We are a meritocracy and we support all our team in developing their careers. Future progression for this role could take one of two routes: after meeting your pre-agreed objectives, you could take further responsibility as we build a research team around you or, with further training, you could progress to a search consultancy role working closely with one of our Principals or Directors.
Previous experience of working in executive search or recruitment is a prerequisite, although we are open minded regarding sector experience.
