THE ROLE

The executive recruiter will join a team of highly trained experienced search professionals – senior recruiters and a research department. The team works together to provide our clients with a unique approach to executive search.The primary function of the recruiter will be first round phone screening, qualifying and profiling candidates, writing candidate assessments and communicating with clients. The executive recruiter needs to be an excellent communicator, action-oriented and fiercely organized. The successful candidate will be high energy and able to multi-task. The individual should have a friendly and positive disposition, be collaborative and team-oriented. Our client and candidate relationships necessitate somebody who is engaging, polished and articulate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contact and develop prospective candidates.
  • Access a shared database and update candidate status, as well as profile details.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to determine Long List and Short List candidates.
  • Manage candidates as they advance through the interview and selection process.
  • Suggest additional target companies and sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
  • Generate client reports and written candidate profiles.
  • Join and contribute to client conference calls and meetings.
  • Advise on market conditions and proactively trouble-shoot potential challenges.
  • 3+ years of third-party recruiting experience, preferably executive search.
  • Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
