Because of the firm's continued growth, we are adding additional Senior Associate positions. The Senior Associate will partner with and assist K&R Principals in all aspects of the search process including: position specification development; search strategy development; managing the execution and direction of research; candidate development; initial phone interviews; and assessment of candidates. An integral part of a Senior Associate's role is relationship management - networking and building strong relationships with senior executives (as potential candidates or Clients) and assessing executives against the Clients’ requirements.
