An opportunity exists for a research professional to join the firm in either the Melbourne or Sydney office.
The research associate is an integral member of the search team and works closely with a Partner to support clients through the lifecycle of many complex projects. This involves meeting with clients, developing a search strategy, and identifying, approaching, and qualifying prospective candidates as part of the search process. In addition to managing the research, the researcher will prepare detailed reports for the client.
To be successful in this role, you will have the skills to coordinate and influence stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally, so that projects can be delivered effectively and on time.
You will be degree qualified, have a strong attention to detail, have a deep interest in the corporate sector and people, and possess verbal and written communication skills of the highest order.
You will have at least four years’ experience in a research/information management role. It is essential that you can demonstrate project management skills in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
This role is open to individuals who have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid Australian work visa.
