<p><strong>Position Summary</strong> </p>
<p>TriVista Managers play a key role in the delivery of consulting engagements for Private Equity clients, their portfolio companies and corporations. They lead the development of solutions to our clients’ most complex and impactful business problems with a focus on strategy, operations, and enterprise value improvement. </p>
<p>Managers are responsible for managing a team of consultants and associates on variety of assessment and execution engagements including pre-sale due diligence, financial and operational performance improvement to help clients optimize supply chain, footprint, manufacturing, and information technology operations. In this role, the manager will be the on-the-ground leader, working with and leading both TriVista and client teams by coordinating the day-to-day management of the team and executing portions of the project all while keeping the customer’s needs and high-level goals of the project in mind. </p>
<p>Managers have extensive experience working in a project manager capacity in either an operations role as an industry practitioner or as a consultant in a large global or boutique consulting firm.  </p>
<p>TriVista’s Managers represent the image and credibility of the firm. Their roles require regular interface with clients that include Private Equity investors, boards of directors, and corporate level executive team members. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential. </p>
<p>While Managers primary focus will be client engagements, they are also expected to support a wide variety of internal projects including offering development, training of junior employees, and business development activities.  </p>
<p>Ability and willingness to undertake 50% to 75% travel domestically and internationally is required. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<p>Project Delivery </p>
<ul><li>Manage TriVista engagements day to day through the creation and monitoring of project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while meeting the needs and expectations of colleagues and customers  </li><li>Drive projects to completion by overseeing, managing, assisting, or executing project activities, workstreams and/or deliverables  </li><li>Identify, quantify, and prioritize enterprise value improvement opportunities and solutions  </li><li>Manage associates and consultants through data gathering and analysis and perform the technical QA of work done by the team </li><li>Utilize various project management tools and best practices such as Gantt Charts, budget, risk assessment, work breakdown structures, RACI’s etc.   </li><li>Develop high-quality written deliverable documents  </li></ul><p>Practice Specific Responsibilities </p>
<ul><li>Lead the development of manufacturing and distribution footprint strategies including expansions, consolidations, relocations, greenfield/brownfield startups </li><li>Develop robust financial models to identify achievable recurring savings and estimate one-time investment required for multiple scenarios </li><li>Develop high-level manufacturing equipment capacity models and analyze distribution networks </li><li>Work collaboratively with client project teams to understand all non-financial elements of a footprint move and identify critical focus areas and risks </li><li>Develop detailed project plans that enable a cross functional client team to execute and communicate  </li><li>General interest in facility startup process including construction, equipment move/setup, government incentives, permits, environmental, real estate, legal etc.  </li><li>Clearly communicate vision of what “state of the art” looks like in your field of expertise </li><li>Assist in TriVista practice development through the identification, development, and rollout of standard tools, templates, and methodologies  </li></ul><p>Business Development Support </p>
<ul><li>Manage daily client relationships and interaction including responding quickly to emails, remediating risks &amp; issues, and presenting check-ins &amp; final deliverables </li><li>Assist firm business development through the creation of work-plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments as requested </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested </li></ul><p>People Development </p>
<ul><li>Mentor and lead teams of consultants and associates through project engagements as well as internal growth opportunities </li><li>Supports driving behaviors consistent with our values, while providing constructive feedback to team members </li><li>Provide frequent and authentic feedback to direct and indirect reports </li><li>Support firm training efforts by assisting to identify training needs and train staff as appropriate </li></ul><p>Firm Development </p>

<ul><li>Minimum 6-8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience and significant project experience in two or more of the following functions: supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or warehouse management </li><li>Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Other analytical and data visualization tools are beneficial (e.g. R, Tableau, etc.) </li><li>Project management experience leading complex projects and project teams </li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, coach, and inspire teams to achieve business goals and objectives  </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad spectrum of client employees from manufacturing personnel to CEOs </li><li>Solid financial and accounting acumen and understanding to support collaboration with client’s finance departments </li><li>Solid business acumen and the ability to translate TriVista analyses and opportunities to the client management team to gain support of initiatives </li><li>Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality </li><li>Excellent presentation and written communication skills </li><li>Passionate attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities </li><li>CAD facility layout experience a bonus, not required </li><li>Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis </li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong> </p>
<ul><li>4-year degree, preferably with a focus in supply chain management, finance, engineering, business, or related field and/or combination of education and relevant experience </li><li>MBA or other graduate degree preferred but not required </li><li>Lean and/or Six Sigma training preferred  </li></ul>
