Job description

<p>As a Director of Marketing, you will lead the marketing ‘department’ from strategy development to tactical execution.</p>
<ul><li>You will champion efforts to expand brand awareness, generate new leads and craft compelling stories that discuss our client’s pressing business issues, while highlighting our unique expertise  </li><li>You will collaborate with professionals across the entire firm to craft and execute campaigns, engage them in our marketing pursuits and keep them informed of progress  </li><li>You will direct and manage the firm’s marketing budget, and track KPIs that demonstrate measurable return on investment  </li><li>You will serve as the firm’s Net Promotor Score champion, working with Project Managers to solicit client feedback on completed projects  </li><li>You will manage a team of internal and external indirect reports, including [internal] executives and subject matter experts who contribute to specific marketing campaigns, and [external] our marketing agency, freelance copywriters, graphic designers, freelance researchers, etc. to assist you in executing our marketing plans</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul><li>Demonstrable experience across the entire marketing stack, from broad positioning to precise planning and execution, across traditional and digital channels </li><li>Strong business and financial acumen </li><li>Highly organized, detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities </li><li>Ability to craft compelling stories about technical business issues for a C level audience </li><li>Ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns that generate net new leads for the firm </li><li>Experience engaging non-marketing employees in company marketing pursuits   </li><li>Significant commitment to CRM system adoption/integration </li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, communications branding, and business development </li><li>Understanding of marketing in a professional services environment preferred, but not required?(b2b experience a must) </li><li>4-year degree, preferably with a focus in marketing or communications  </li><li>MBA preferred but not required </li></ul>
