To build out our Projects Search team we are looking to appoint an experienced Researcher into our professional mid-level search function. You will be part of our EMEA-wide Projects team working with a variety of clients on their specific recruitment needs in fast-paced processes.
The purpose of this role is to support a Senior Researcher or Managing Associate with effective and timely assignment delivery for the senior managerial roles for a range of multi-hire projects across various sectors.
The Researcher will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of each unique assignment brief, and then approaching the market to map out competitors, making initial approaches to senior profiles and undertaking early interviewing to qualify them against the assignment requirements.
