Due to the growth of our business we are seeking a tertiary-qualified researcher to join our Auckland based research team.
The role
You will lead research assignments involving desk-based and telephone research to generate candidate longlists, which will be presented to the client. This will be achieved through researching and identifying high calibre local national and international senior executives.
Previous experience in executive search is not required however you will have strong research and project management skills and a minimum of 2-5 years fulltime working experience in a professional/corporate environment.
Working with our partners and other members of the consulting and research team, you will receive training on a variety of research methods and tools used in Executive Search. This is an intellectually challenging role where you will gain learnings around a diverse range of industry sectors and people leadership trends.
