This position is for you if:
· You’re an experienced IT/Technology Consulting Professional with significant M&A experience

What You’ll Do:
As the firm’s IT/Technology Practice Leader you’ll lead teams advising middle market Private Equity clients globally on IT Due Diligence engagements (strong focus on North America). You’ll work closely with board members and executive leadership teams of middle market companies to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance business operations, reporting and performance. As a Private Equity focused firm, TriVista handles significant M&A related work, and our IT Practice will also be extensively involved in integration management for client acquisitions. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of consulting professionals to grow this practice over the coming years for the firm.

IT/Technology Practice Leader
This role provides an opportunity to:
• Partner with the leading Operations & Supply Chain Due Diligence firm servicing middle market private equity to develop a unified, cohesive diligence offering
focused on IT
• Grow and lead a successful, high growth consulting practice in a high growth firm
• Leverage internal and external resources to deliver/exceed client expectations
• Lead all IT related consulting engagements as the primary customer interface
• Deliver high quality consulting services to a demanding investor/executive client base, bringing thought leadership in IT to enhance company operational
performance
• Support the Client farming and scoping processes to drive practice revenue
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 15 years of experience
• Ability to translate technical IT issues/topics to business pros and cons
• Significant experience conducting IT focused M&A due diligence, and Post Merger Integration
• Significant exposure working with private equity investors, and middle market operating companies in TriVista’s focus industries
• Prior consulting experience required
