We are hiring a Senior Consultant / Future Managing Partner* to participate in our development.
Your role
In a team of around 15 people, you will develop your client portfolio capitalizing on the professionalism, convictions and reputation of Sirca, with the help of our team of Senior Researchers for completing your assignments.
Working with autonomy, you will benefit from the experience of the team of Managing Partners, all Senior Consultants with strong expertise and client references, and you will be onboarded by one of us.
Your profile
A higher education graduate (business or engineer school or equivalent university course), you already have a solid experience in executive search, acquired in a recruitment consulting firm where you will have shown the excellence of service to your clients, focus on results, first-rate relations with candidates, as well as your ethics and business acumen.
You already have a client portfolio that ensures your credibility and allows you to develop business in your practice(s).
Being convinced that relationship skills, business understanding, listening abilities and capacity to analyze and assess are of major importance, we will be open to candidates with a shorter experience yet high potential and motivation.
