The Position
The Bedford Consulting Group is currently recruiting a Senior Principal as an important member of our Executive Search Team. As an experienced search professional whose skill set is focused on senior level executive search delivery, the Senior Principal will work closely with our Partners and Clients as a key customer facing engagement leader in executing critical search assignments. Our preference is for candidates with proven executive search experience and we will also consider those with excellent talent acquisition & project management experience gained within a progressive human resources department, related HR consulting or professional services firm. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong critical thinking ability and a natural team orientation and resilience.
