Our core management team in Asia has more than 40 years of executive search experience, working with start-ups and established search firms in the UK, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and India before deciding to help the search industry itself, seeing the sector as poorly served and fragmented.
Reccelerate's Managing Director, Wan Pang, has more than 13 years' experience in Asia in executive search. He has executed numerous leadership level searches across Asia where amongst other considerations a requirement for organization transformation, driving business performance and aligning regional and global business objectives has been key.
