Each program features a cohort of select individuals. To ensure the quality of each session, applicants are reviewed to determine eligibility.

  • Seasoned executive search consultants seeking to further develop themselves in today’s trends and challenges

  • In-house talent acquisition specialists who work on senior-level assignments

When will the program run?

The virtual program runs approximately for 4 months and includes interactive learning modules, industry expert-led discussions, networking sessions and a final project presentation. Enrollment is open for the 2024 Advanced Certificate which is tentatively scheduled for February – April 2024.

How do I register? What does the application process entail? 

To begin the application process, applicants should:

  • Complete this form to schedule a screening call with an AESC staff member.
  • During the screening call, applicants will discuss their experience and intention to participate. 
  • An applicant's credentials are reviewed by AESC and Cornell to determine eligibility.
  • Upon approval, applicants will receive a notification from AESC on the final steps to complete registration. 
  • As the program draws nearer, registered applicants will begin to receive communications from Cornell. 

Can I speak with an alumni?   

Yes! The AESC | Cornell program has an active group of global alumni open to discussing their experience within the program. These conversations are available for those applicants who have already completed their screening call and are deemed eligible to participate.  

Do you offer this program in a live, in-person format?   

While this program has been offered in a live, in-person format at Cornell's New York, NY location, there are no current in-person sessions planned.  

What happens if I need to miss a session?

Although attendance is required, we understand if participants are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Sessions are recorded and provided on the Canvas learning platform should you need to miss a session.

Do you provide group rates?

Group rates are available for select AESC member firms and networks that provide 3 or more participants. To learn more, contact education@aesc.org.

What will I receive upon completing the Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent? 

Upon completion of your final project presentation, you will receive an AESC | Cornell certificate which you can proudly display on your LinkedIn profile.
