Bio:
Peter Berry is a leadership and organisational development expert with over 35 years’ experience in management consulting, executive coaching, facilitation, talent management, and leadership programs. He is the founder of Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC), a global consulting firm specialising in human capital solutions and the use of advanced, research-based assessments (including Hogan) to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance.
He focuses on leadership development, change management, business performance, and team effectiveness across public and private sectors globally. Peter is also a former Director and Associate with Melbourne Business School, a published author, and the creator of the Core5 Model of Leadership Effectiveness.
