Sheffield North Island is proud to announce the appointment of Philippa Geere-Watson as Senior Consultant, joining their esteemed team based in Auckland. In her new role, Philippa will bring a wealth of senior executive and consulting experience, with a focus on organizational change and transformation.

Philippa Geere-Watson brings over twenty years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to large-scale, complex organizations in the public sector. Her expertise spans central and local government, including nine years with Auckland Council, where she specialized in Advisory services. In this capacity, Philippa provided expert guidance to elected members, spearheaded numerous transformation and change projects, and excelled in political navigation and stakeholder management.
Moreover, Philippa has a proven track record in establishing new teams and units, leading strategic visioning efforts, and implementing organizational design changes. Her commitment to fostering strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes underscores her passion for her work.
