Frank Petruzzo

Frank Petruzzo is the Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer at Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), where he oversees the organization’s finance, operations, human resources, technology, and administrative functions. In this role, he leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational strategy, while supporting the execution of AESC’s broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience in association management, finance, and operations, Frank works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen financial performance, and support business decision-making across the organization. He also serves as staff liaison to AESC’s Audit, Risk, and Financial Oversight Committee.

Frank holds a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York State.
