New Consultants Join TRANSEARCH in Italy
Annalisa de Lucia and Anna Nuzzi have recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Milan.
Annalisa de Lucia has more than 15 years experience in executive search for Middle and Senior Management roles, with a specific focus on Fashion and Luxury industry.
She started her career at Gi Group, and joined the Sales and Marketing Team at Antal International from 2006 to 2015, where she was involved in search projects, business development and project delivery.
In June 2015, Annalisa accepted the challenge of taking part in the launch of Randstad Professional, leading the Fashion and Luxury Goods division. She was also responsible for search and selection projects in Human Resources.
In 2017 Annalisa joined Loro Piana (LVMH Group) to implement the Talent and Employer Branding unit in a corporate environment. In charge of top management recruiting projects for all divisions, she introduced new digital systems in the recruiting process.
Annalisa graduated in Political Science and obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organisation at ISTUD Business School.
Anna Nuzzi has 20 years' experience in the Executive Search business. Her focus has always been in Consumer and Industrial Practices. She is an expert in B2B2C companies, automotive and automation.
She embarked on her Executive Search career in 1999 and since then has been working for major Italian as well as international companies on several international projects. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she worked in TMC Amrop International and was later cofounder and Partner of Hunters Strategic Executive Search in Milan.
Anna started her career in the Marketing department of Bosch Group, as Product Manager Automotive. She subsequently entered the publishing sector, joining Il Sole24Ore as Marketing Manager for the start-up of the new Business School, and then moved on to Direct Marketing units of RCS Mediagroup and Wolters Kluwer.
She has a degree in Economics from Bocconi University of Milan, and is fluent in English, French and German.
