CTPartners Adds Two Key Partners

AESC member CTPartners has added Toby Lapage-Norris and Deborah Whitehouse as partners to its industrial practice in London. Both will work across the industrial and commercial sectors with publicly listed and private equity owned companies. Their focus will be on recruiting for board, senior executive and functional leader roles. Most recently, Mr. Lapage-Norris was group head of resourcing for BG Group Plc, a FTSE top 10 global energy company. Ms. Whitehouse spent 14 years at another executive search firm where she focused on international industrial clients and led the firm's aerospace, rail and transportation practices and also was managing partner of a regional office before moving to London.
