Six New Firms Accepted to Membership in the AESC
New York, New York - August 6, 2004 -- The Association of Executive Search Consultants is pleased to announce the acceptance of six retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checking, a site visit and a vote by the AESC Board or European Council, the following firms were approved to join the AESC's elite community of top-tier search firms:

Accord Group Eastern and Central Europe was created in 1992 in Prague by Jerome Ternynck and Amaury Eloy and currently also has offices in Budapest, Warsaw, Moscow, Bucharest, and Bratislava. The firm has strong practices in automotive, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and services, utilities, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, media and entertainment.
Bridgestar is located in Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded in 2003 and is a nonprofit organization that does executive search for the nonprofit sector. The firm's parent is Bridgespan, a strategy consultancy working uniquely with nonprofit organizations founded in 1999 by Tom Tierney, the former CEO of Bain & Company.
Cromwell Partners was founded in 1991 by Paul Heller and Joseph Ziccardi. The firm is headquarted in New York, New York and operates throughout the US, London and Asia. The firm serves three areas within the financial services industry; the alternative investments industry, asset/investment management, and capital markets, in addition to manufacturing, consumer products and pharmaceuticals.
Epson Fuller & Associates located in Morristown, New Jersey was founded by Thomas Fuller in 1997. The firm serves the consumer products, technology, life sciences and professional services industries.
Moloney Search was founded by Dr. Curly Moloney in 1994. It is headquarted in London England. The company does searches across all sectors with heavy experience in retail, professional services, commerce, financial, and manufacturing. The firm has a Pan European Practice.
SH-SEARCH, located in Mexico City, Mexico was founded in 1979 by Siegfried Hitz. The firm primarily serves the healthcare, chemicals, consumer goods, construction and IT industries. They operate throughout Mexico.
