Eight New Firms Accepted to Membership in the AESC
New York, New York - May 27, 2004 -- The Association of Executive Search Consultants is pleased to announce the acceptance of six retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checking, a site visit and a vote by the AESC Board or European Council, the following firms were approved to join the AESC's elite community of top-tier search firms:

Dowd Associates is a boutique firm in White Plains, New York founded in 2001 by Richard Dowd. The firm has a national practice that focuses on the functional specialty of finance.
Fiderion Financial Services Group is headquartered in Atlanta with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Stamford, Connecticut. It was founded by James Norton in 2002. The firm specializes in financial services covering asset management, regional and community banking, wealth management, marketing, retail banking, brokerage, commercial banking, corporate and investment banking, real estate and mortgage banking, insurance, operations and technology.
Michael Kelly Associates was founded in 2004 by Michael Kelly. The firm is based in New York and specializes in healthcare, financial services and information technology at the executive and board level.
The Asia Partnership is headquartered in Sydney Australia and has offices in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Richard and Lucy Marshall founded the firm in 1991. The firm specializes in cross-cultural executive search for clients that operate from or are planning entry to key regional centers in the Asia-Pacific.
The McIntyre Company in Powell, Ohio was founded by Cookie McIntyre in 1989. The firm has a national practice serving a range of industries including retail, distribution, financial services, media and advertising and leading edge technology.
Wyatt & Jaffe, a Minneapolis, Minnesota firm, has expertise in diverse markets and a national practice. The firm was founded by Mark Jaffe in 1988. They specialize in high technology, Internet/e-commerce, retail and financial services.
